The Dead Weather is Jack White, Alison Mosshart, Dean Fertita (QotSA), and Jack Lawrence (Raconteurs). You probably are already familiar with Alison Mosshart from the Kills, but I must emphasize her awesomeness. She's my own personal Erin Wasson of the moment. She's making want to go out and die my hair black and trade in all my clothes for LEATHAAA!

Goodness, I'm so behind - I totally forgot this was coming out (bad, I know). Even worse, considering how much I love Jack White, QOTSA and The Kills. Thanks for the reminder - and love these pics. I guess disturbingly enough Madonna and Eurythmics are now considered oldies? Which makes me wonder how they would classify the Beatles and Elvis...

i officially love you. alison mosshart rocks. although, i do wish they would have let her SING a little bit more on horehound... or at least be able to hear her a little better. i think that's the beauty of jack white records, though!
