So, I think the answer to the "How do I wear this?" question is, in this case, you don't. I don't understand these stockings. They seem a little ridiculous, and for $88 no less! Who is buying this? If I see someone rock these on the interwebs in a tasteful way, I will be beyond impressed, but I think it is impossible. I kind of hope I see someone in person wearing these, just for the lulz.
